Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Conveyancing Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our firm, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of conveyancing matters, including developer projects, sub-sale of properties, bank loans, refinancing, transfer and charge, discharge and more.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Responsibilities:
• Handle various conveyancing matters with a focus on efficiency. This includes navigating developer projects, managing property sub-sales, handling bank loans and refinancing, as well as overseeing transfer and charge processes.
• Keep lawyers informed by providing regular reports and updates on the status of ongoing cases.
• Provide support to the firm's partners as required.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in conveyancing roles.
• Proficient knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
