Job description

We are a growing legal firm currently offering an opportunity for experienced individuals to join our team as a Conveyancing Clerk. The successful candidate will be involved in managing sub-sale files and loan documentation comprehensively.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in sub-sale conveyancing.
  2. Able to handle SPA documents and bank loan documentation.
  3. Proficient in liaising with banks, land offices, Inland Revenue Board (LHDN), and relevant agencies.
  4. Able to complete tasks within the given timeframe with minimal supervision.
  5. Meticulous, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  6. Good communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and review conveyancing documents for sub-sale and loan transactions.
  2. Manage correspondence and communication with clients, banks, lawyers, and authorities.
  3. Ensure all processes are carried out smoothly, in accordance with procedures and timelines.
