Job responsibilities

Handle documentation on conveyancing for Sales & Purchases Agreement from developer, consumers and commercial banking, Sub-sales, Perfection and all other related.

Attend to loan documentation in respect of consumer, corporate and commercial banking.

Assist in preparing and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation including project/sub-sale work from the initial stage till the completion stage.

Attend to clients, various government authorities, bankers, agents or any correspondences.

Prepare status report and all other legal work assigned by the firm.

Job requirement

Minimum 3 years of experience in conveyancing support.

Capable of handling SPA, loan documentation, sub-sale, project & perfection matters etc.

Familiar with the requirements of financial institutions and developers .

Organized, meticulous, and able to liaise with clients, banks and government offices.
