Job Description

Familiar with conveyancing procedures, including coordinating preparation loan documentation, state authority consent applications. Liaise professionally with clients, bankers, state authorities, and all other relevant parties to ensure smooth completion of transactions. Handle correspondences and follow-ups in a timely and efficient manner. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the firm’s conveyancing practice. Work independently with minimum supervision.
