Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. To handle documentation on conveyancing and all other related.
  2. To assist lawyer in preparing and attending to legal corporate documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation including project/sub-sale work from the initial stage till the completion stage.
  3. Attend to clients, various government authorities, bankers, agents or any correspondences.
  4. Prepare status report and all other legal work assigned by the firm.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years' experience is required.
  2. Well-organized, responsible and able to do multitask.
