Job description

Has experience with handling and preparing full procedures in Subsale/Developer’s matters; Refinancing (Individual & Corporate Loans), Auction, Transfer & Transmission cases.

Prepares legal documents related to conveyancing and loan documentation.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision, adhering to timelines set by authorities, superiors, and lawyers.

Manages time effectively, tracks key dates (e.g., completion date, stamping date, presentation date, filing CKHT date, signing date), and produces weekly status reports.

Assists with administrative tasks, including file opening, document compilation, and data entry into developer's systems or portals.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in handling conveyancing matters, especially Subsale with Loan matters.
  • Ability to manage various general conveyancing matters.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a positive working attitude.
  • Familiarity with various banks’ requirements, procedures, and portal updates.
  • Ability to commence work as soon as possible is an advantage.
