A prominent legal firm in Johor Bahru is seeking a Conveyancing Specialist with at least 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, managing procedure timelines, and assisting with various administrative tasks in a dynamic legal environment.
Has experience with handling and preparing full procedures in Subsale/Developer’s matters; Refinancing (Individual & Corporate Loans), Auction, Transfer & Transmission cases.
Prepares legal documents related to conveyancing and loan documentation.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, adhering to timelines set by authorities, superiors, and lawyers.
Manages time effectively, tracks key dates (e.g., completion date, stamping date, presentation date, filing CKHT date, signing date), and produces weekly status reports.
Assists with administrative tasks, including file opening, document compilation, and data entry into developer's systems or portals.
Requirements:
