Job summary

Esprawell is seeking a talented designer in Malaysia to craft high-conversion visuals for our multi-industry brands. You will develop covers, banners, and social assets for e-commerce campaigns, while ensuring print-ready production quality.

Leverage AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Canva Magic Studio) to accelerate design workflows and deliver brand-consistent visuals across automotive tech, corporate training, and printing ventures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Understanding of layout hierarchy, typography, and visual storytelling to drive conversions.
• Portfolio showcasing marketing, e-commerce, or brand design work.
• English proficiency; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create high-converting visuals for marketplaces (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
• Craft viral-ready social media creatives and ad visuals across platforms.
• Prepare print-ready files with bleed, CMYK, and resolution checks.
• Experiment with AI design tools to speed up workflows.
• Maintain a sharp, modern visual standard across all brand touchpoints.
