Job summary

CASES BY JCH SDN BHD is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to produce high-volume, trend-driven content for TikTok and Instagram. You will work closely with the Content Team Lead to craft hooks, pacing, and conversion-focused videos that turn viewers into buyers.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in content creation or social media marketing, a strong portfolio, and a marketing mindset focused on selling products. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in content creation, UGC, e-commerce, or social media marketing.
• Strong portfolio or TikTok/IG account showing content that performed well.
• Deep understanding of TikTok algorithms, hooks, pacing, and e-commerce (TikTok Shop).
• Marketing mindset with ability to sell and drive action.
• Ability to produce multiple content pieces daily without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

• High-volume content creation: Shoot, edit, and post daily short-form content for TikTok and Instagram.
• Conversion-driven content: Create videos that drive sales, including product demos, drop tests, problem/solution content, and live-selling teasers.
• Hook writing & pacing: Write strong hooks and edit videos with fast pacing to maximize watch time.
• Market & trend awareness: Take trending formats and elevate them with Mutu's visual identity to drive conversion.
• Cross-team collaboration: Work with the Content Team Lead and Content Creators to ensure content is high-performing and on-brand.
