We are seeking a talented Conveyancing Lawyer to join our esteemed team at Ng Kim Ming & Associates' in our Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur office. As a full-time member of our legal team, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legal services to our clients, with a focus on property-related matters.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the preparation of Sale and Purchase Agreements, Loan Agreements, Discharge of Charge, Transmission, MOT, POT, and other property-related agreements
• Responsible for the process of stamping, registration, and completion of property transactions
• Conducting thorough due diligence and title searches to ensure the validity and legality of property transactions

• A Bachelor\'s degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex legal issues
