He/She leads and oversee quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives within our 4PL Control Tower. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction across a complex, multi-client logistics environment.
a) Quality Management System (QMS)
Execute and uphold the Quality Management System (QMS) at the Control Tower level, in accordance with the framework and standards defined by HQ. Ensure operational adherence to ISO 9001 principles and client-specific quality requirements, supporting continuous improvement and audit readiness across all 4PL activities.
b) Deviation Identification & Qualification
Monitor operations to detect deviations from standard processes or service levels. Lead root cause analysis, assess impact, and ensure proper documentation, qualification, and resolution of deviations.
c) Claims & Complaints Management
Oversee the end-to-end process for managing customer claims and complaints. Ensure timely investigation, resolution, and communication. Analyze recurring issues to drive systemic improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
d) Audit & Compliance
Lead & Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits at Global Control Tower level. Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and industry standards.
e) Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams, logistics partners, and clients to resolve quality issues and implement best practices.
f) Training & Development
Develop and deliver training programs to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the control tower team.
Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and service reliability
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in global logistics and multi-regional operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Relevant certifications such as: Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (Green Belt minimum, Black is preferred) other quality framework.
10+ years in supply chain, logistics, or quality management roles.
5+ years in a leadership or management position, preferably in a 4PL or control tower environment.
