Job summary

KROHNE is seeking a skilled controls engineer to drive system configuration, design reviews and documentation. You will participate in commissioning and first startups, while maintaining system templates and adhering to QHSE policies.

You will liaise with multiple departments, clients, and vendors, with occasional international travel. Strong knowledge of SCADA/HMI and PLC basics is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in process automation visualization and control.
• Familiar with Modbus and OPC communication protocols.
• Familiar with process instrumentation (flow, pressure, temperature).
• Familiar with P&ID's and E&I drawings.
• Knowledge in fluid dynamics and pipeline systems is essential.
• Understanding of network topologies is desirable.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Experience with SCADA/HMI configuration and PLC basics requested.

Responsibilities

• System configuration, templates, standards, and systems engineering.
• System design reviews and department meetings.
• Documentation and control philosophy guidance for customers.
• Commissioning, first startup, tuning, and maintenance of control systems.
• Liaison with departments, clients, vendors and authorities; occasional travel.
• Assist in establishing and reviewing design tools, equipment, licenses, and procedures.
• Adhere to QHSE policies including ISO 9001/14001/45001.
