Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience in automation engineering.
• Strong experience in PLC programming.
• Knowledge of MY Code and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate automation engineering activities and prepare technical documentation.
• Perform regulatory reviews and analyze design specifications.
• Collaborate on automation topology development.

Responsibilities

To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for the automation engineering coordinator & preparation of drawings and technical documentation required for the execution of a project including pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, food, agrifood and any of Industrial processing area but not limited to:

• Review and analysis of regulatory requirement
• Basis of Design / Automation Topology for PCS / BMS / EMS.
• Yellow Review of Process P&IDs
• Function & Design Specification including Function Flow Diagram, Function Matrix, Alarms List,Parameters List, Timers List, Messages List, etc
• Functional Specification for SDS / HDS.
• Program Standard.
• Construction Specification.
• Instrument Schedule & Data Sheets / I/O List / Control System Configuration Diagram / Wiring Plot Plan.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Automation Engineering or related discipline.
• 5~ +10 years’ experience in the automation engineering.
• Strong experience in Programming Logic Controllers (PLC) / DDC / Delta-V based system design, programming.
• Preferred Good knowledge of GMP or pharmaceuticals regulated environment (USFDA and EMEA regulations) and industrial standard.
• Thorough Knowledge of MY Code and local legislative regulations / International codes regulations.
• Added value in having past work experience in the multicultural team environment.
• Fluent written and oral in English and Malay.
• Location Malaysia, Work schedule: 40 hours / week.
