What You’ll Do:
Operate and monitor Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Human Machine Interface (HMI), and other control systems to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
Be the Subject Matter Expert for SIMATIC PCS7 application, weighing systems, and silo raw material arrangements.
Troubleshoot and solve problems systematically with an analytical approach.
Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions, SOP and company policies.
Monitor plant processes, respond to variances, and take corrective actions to maintain safety and efficiency.
Perform routine plant inspections and support equipment maintenance.
Communicate effectively with production teams to achieve daily output targets, ensuring production completed accurately and safely.
Plan and schedule production to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
Report unsafe conditions, equipment deficiencies, and operational issues promptly.
Maintain and update all routines, schedules and reports with relevant plant operating data.
Maintain accurate records and submit daily production reports.
Assist in routine testing & maintenance support.
To work overtime upon request.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 3 years as a Control Room Operator.
Education: Minimum SPM, open to science stream (O-levels) students, fresh graduates (A-levels), or higher. Chemistry background preferred.
Industry Experience: Candidates from raw materials, construction materials, chemical, petroleum, oil & gas, or related industries will have an advantage.
Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
