Job Description
Reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing customer revenue contracts within the scope of Surface Technologies, in compliance with TechnipFMC’s Policies and Standards.
Support the Tender, Proposal, and Sales groups in contractual activities related to client tender requirements, including subcontract requirements from receipt of tender enquiry to contract award.
Assist the Project group on contractual matters during contract execution as needed.
Help the Surface Technologies APAC management team identify and assess contractual risks. Prepare and distribute Deviation Approval Forms to obtain approvals for deviations from the TechnipFMC Bid-It Standard.
Manage and coordinate all corporate, contractual, and legal matters in the APAC region.
Support the Surface Technologies APAC management team and Legal departments regarding local regulations and corporate/secretarial matters for local entities.
Maintain and upload contractual and commercial documentation within TechnipFMC’s Salesforce system or equivalent.
Manage all legal and contractual matters related to the APAC region, including agreements with local agents, distributors, and partners, ensuring compliance with local laws. Support will be provided by Legal departments as needed.
Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
5 to 12 years of experience in oil & gas commercial/contracts.
At least 3 years’ experience working in APAC in the oil & gas industry.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and operational skills; works well under pressure; interprets business challenges and recommends solutions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to coordinate with various departments on multiple matters.
Proficient in English and Indonesian; additional languages like French or Mandarin are a plus.
