Job summary

A leading property management company is seeking a Contract Executive to manage pre- and post-contractual matters, monitor tender processes, and liaise with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Job description

Handle pre- and post-contractual matters.

Prepare and submit budgetary estimations.

Monitor tender processes, measurement, and contract administration.

Develop and maintain the list of approved sub-contractors and suppliers.

Prepare costing and comparison reports.

Follow up on tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, with consultants and the main contractor.

Assist in organizing and calling for tenders, quotations, or proposals according to requirements, and evaluate the submissions received.

Monitor and administer various contracts and sub-contract works.

Liaise with other departments, consultants, and contractors on work-related matters.

Evaluate site work progress claims with consultants and contractors.

Attend client, consultant, project site, and other relevant meetings.

Manage requests and variations, including Variation Orders, for confirmation from the Superintending Officer.

Coordinate with the finance department on payment-related matters.

Monitor monthly cash flow projections and reporting.

Perform any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant experience; experience in high-rise commercial projects is a plus.

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.

Meticulous, independent, and well-organized with excellent time management skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.

Solid understanding of costing and contractual procedures.
