Job Responsibilities

• Develop test scripts, test data, and test plans
• Collaborate with business analysts, application teams, and users to plan and strategize user acceptance testing and operational acceptance testing
• Track and resolve defects (identification, monitoring, fixing, re-testing, and migration) to ensure all defects are properly addressed
• Execute testing to ensure timely completion, meeting quality expectations and within budget
• Ensure all testing results are properly documented and understandable for review and sign-off
• Organize quality management reviews to ensure adherence to quality plans and standards

Managerial Responsibilities

• Monitor overall progress of testing activities
• Ensure Digital Banking projects meet business objectives and service level goals by delivering quality projects on time and within budget

Organizational Responsibilities

• Provide continuous quality improvement feedback to projects to enhance brand awareness and customer experience
