Telemarketer Job Responsibilities And Duties
Potential Client Contact and Follow-up:
- Contact potential leads generated from advertisements, webinars, marketing events, or other channels via telephone.
- Use pre-set scripts to communicate with leads, understand their needs, and introduce course products.
- Follow up with leads who have not yet made a purchase to determine their reasons, address any concerns, and promote sales.
- Record client feedback and update customer information in the CRM system or relevant databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Sales Calls And Conversion
- Conduct telephone sales to promote the company's training courses (e.g., the 2397 RM course) to potential clients.
- Apply telephone sales techniques and skills to effectively market the training courses, ensuring that clients understand the advantages and are encouraged to purchase.
- Address client queries, understand their pain points, and recommend suitable courses based on their needs.
- Guide interested clients to the online payment page over the phone or provide them with relevant payment information to complete the transaction.
Customer Data Management And Updates
- Accurately record all customer contact information, communication logs, purchase status, and other details in the CRM system or other sales management tools.
- Regularly update customer data to ensure that all potential client information remains current.
- Send out course information, promotional offers, or discounts via email or SMS to increase sales conversion opportunities.
Sales Reporting And Follow-up
- Provide daily/weekly updates to supervisors on sales progress, target achievements, and follow-up statuses of unconverted leads.
- Submit performance reports detailing the number of calls made, client conversions, and pending follow-ups.
- Analyze sales data to adjust strategies and improve overall performance.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels with the courses, converting potential leads into official clients.
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring timely feedback and support to enhance customer loyalty.
Learning And Self-Improvement
- Actively participate in company-provided training on sales techniques and product knowledge to continuously enhance telephone sales skills and customer service capabilities.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Continuously refine personal sales scripts and communication approaches based on feedback and experience to boost performance.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure efficient conversion of leads.
- Attend team meetings to stay updated on the latest product updates and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with sales coordinators or other departments to ensure clients receive a seamless purchasing experience and post-sales service.
Goal Setting And Achievement
- Set personal monthly sales targets and work diligently to achieve them, ensuring overall performance goals are met.
- Actively participate in company sales competitions or incentive programs to strive for increased sales volumes.
Sales Strategy And Execution
- Implement telephone sales and market expansion plans in line with the company's established sales strategies and targets.
- Contribute to discussions on sales strategies by providing insights and suggestions to optimize the sales process.
Other Related Tasks
- Participate in additional sales-related tasks as required, such as market research, telemarketing campaigns, or product promotions.
- Join conference calls or additional sales sessions when necessary to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
