Job summary

Une entreprise spécialisée recherche un Technicien d'Usine pour soutenir l'ingénieur d'usine dans diverses tâches, notamment la maintenance et l'installation d'équipements. Le candidat idéal doit avoir un diplôme en ingénierie et de l'expérience dans le service. Une bonne communication en anglais et en Bahasa Malaysia est souhaitée.

Qualifications

• Au moins un an d'expérience dans le domaine du service.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
• Volonté de travailler en shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assister l'ingénieur de l'usine dans les activités quotidiennes.
• Effectuer l'entretien, le dépannage, et l'installation d'équipements.
• Fournir une assistance technique sur site ou par téléphone.

Job description

Responsibilities

The Plant Technician is responsible for assisting the Plant Engineer with daily activities and completing assigned tasks, including:

1. Providing service and planning routine activities to meet target service levels.
2. Performing servicing, checking, repairing, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, commissioning, and installation of equipment at customer sites.
3. Briefing customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment after successful commissioning.
4. Attending to customer calls and providing technical assistance onsite or via phone.
5. Attending to service sites punctually as instructed by the Manager or Supervisor.
6. Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

The candidate should possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in the service field.

Possess own transportation and willing to travel.

Willing to work in shifts.

Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Good reporting and written communication skills are an advantage.

Independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Willing to learn and meticulous.
