Manage all contract documents, including change orders, claims, and extensions of time.
Ensure contractual compliance by all project stakeholders (contractors, subcontractors, suppliers).
Maintain accurate and detailed contract records.

Monitor project budgets and identify potential cost overruns.
Analyze contractor invoices and ensure accurate cost allocation.

Manage communication and negotiations with contractors regarding schedule adherence.

Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure project activities align with contractual requirements.
Identify and manage contract risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Participate in project meetings and provide contractual updates.
Report risks and mitigation plans to senior management.
Analyze and evaluate contractor claims for validity and accuracy.
Negotiate claim settlements with contractors in accordance with contract terms.
Document and maintain clear records of all claim activities.
Prepare regular reports on contract performance, cost control, and project progress.
Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and contractors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a contract management role within the civil and building construction industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing contracts for complex construction projects.
In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, including standard forms (e.g., FIDIC, NEC).
Strong understanding of construction law and claims management principles.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.
