Contract & Procurement Executive / Assistant

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in Business Administration / Supply Management / Accounting / or any related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field. Candidates with experience in non-related fields are also encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of purchasing and accounting is an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and handle details with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail, high integrity, and confidentiality in handling all projects

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tender invitations, coordinate tender processes, and facilitate the issuance of award letters/contracts
  • Compile tender reports/minutes, organize meetings with consultants/tender committee/contractors/suppliers, and finalize terms of agreements with vendors into contract agreements
  • Perform administrative duties related to organizing and coordinating procurement activities
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure that contractual agreements are properly documented
  • Assist with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by superiors
