  • Compile tender reports/minutes, organize meetings with consultants/tender committee/contractors/suppliers, and finalize terms of agreements with vendors into contract agreements.
  • Perform administrative duties related to organizing and coordinating procurement activities.
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure that contractual agreements are properly documented.
  • Assist with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by superiors.
