Contract Manager (Developer and experience in Township)

Responsibilities include:

  1. Project preliminary cost estimate - Prepare cost analysis & estimate based on preliminary drawings.
  2. Project cost plan - Prepare detailed cost analysis & estimate from penultimate tender drawings.
  3. Financial analysis - Compile, update, and track total development costs and data.
  4. Taking Off - Establish BQ taking off and format for consistency and analysis.
  5. Evaluation & Award - Prepare cost estimates for DSC, assist in NSC analysis, enhance evaluation process, and support negotiations. Improve tender quality, VE/Alternative proposals.
  6. Contract Management - Manage, monitor, and control LA/WO/PO & Contract Documents.

Contract Administration

  1. Request for VO before AI/EI - Manage, analyze, and propose.
  2. VO Formalisation - Monitor, control, and assist in negotiations.
  3. Interim Claim - Manage, monitor, and verify subcontract and main contract claims.
  4. VE/VM - Review designs and specifications, analyze, and prepare cost estimates.
  5. Material Ordering - Manage, monitor, and control wastage.

Final Account

Manage and track main and subcontract claims, including claimable, non-claimable, or abortive work.

Supply Chain

Evaluate and propose new supply chain vendors.
