Key Responsibilities:
Cost Management: Prepare detailed cost estimates and accurate Bills of Quantities.
Contract Administration: Preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Project Teamwork: Be part of a team of quantity surveyors, fostering a culture of excellence and professional services.

Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years in quantity surveying with extensive experience in cost management and contract administration, preferably with work experience in a consultancy firm.
Qualification: BSc in QS, PQS would be an advantage
Analytical Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
