SCOPE OF SERVICES:
• To review / analyze the cases, to ascertain whether arrears bills will be issued, or the case can be closed without issuing arrears bills.
• To make sure that arrears bills are issued timely and accurately.
• To highlight to management on the irregularities / issues detected when reviewing the cases.
• To analyze Intelligence Report and initiate follow-up actions.

• This job requires high level of integrity, discipline, ability to work independently and ability to make justifiable recommendations to the management in good faith without any undue influence or pressure.

• To perform all tasks in line with the Information Security Quality Manual (ISQM) and the ISMS roles and responsibilities procedure.
• To perform all tasks in line with the Information Governance Policy Suite and Guidelines.
• To perform all tasks in line with the Sarawak Electricity Ordinance and Company Policies & Guidelines.
• Commitment to work as and when required to perform critical job to support Retail Department.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business or equivalent.
• Familiar with the Sarawak Electricity Ordinance, OSH Act and relevant legislations.
• Preferably working experience in enforcement / customer service environment (on comparable experience).
• Proficient in MS Office skills.
