Are you detail-oriented with a strong understanding of contracts and a passion for data accuracy? Join our dynamic team as a Contract Data & Compliance Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in driving contract data integrity and compliance across global teams. You’ll work at the intersection of legal, procurement, and technology—turning complex contract terms into structured, reliable insights that support smarter business decisions. This is a 6-month opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Let’s Talk About Responsibilities

Data Verification

  • Thoroughly review contract documents to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entries.

  • Cross-reference contract details against original source materials to ensure consistency.

Records Updates

  • Maintain and update contract records within the CLM system (Apptus).

  • Ensure all edits and changes are accurately tracked, logged, and auditable.

Compliance Checks

  • Identify and flag inconsistencies or missing data for escalation and further review.

  • Support internal teams in meeting contract compliance requirements.

Data Management

  • Maintain a centralized, well-organized repository of contract records.

  • Tag contracts with standardized metadata to improve searchability and classification.

  • Recommend improvements for contract records to streamline processes and enhance user experience.

Collaboration

  • Communicate any discrepancies or required updates to contract owners or relevant stakeholders.

  • Work closely with Legal and the GSA Contract Team to ensure data accuracy and policy alignment.

  • Assist in preparing summaries of contract obligations, milestones, and renewal timelines.

  • Identify and escalate legal or compliance risks during data review.

Let’s Talk About Qualifications and Experience

Education

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.

  • Certification in contract management (e.g., World Commerce & Contracting, formerly IACCM) is desirable.

Experience

  • 2+ years in contract administration, data management, legal operations, or a similar role.

  • Experience using Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems such as Apptus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

  • Familiarity with procurement, legal, or compliance processes is preferred.
