A leading company is seeking a Commercial Manager for contract fulfillment and decision-making. Responsibilities include overseeing contract operations, optimizing processes, and conducting comprehensive business analyses. Candidates should possess problem resolution, digital tool proficiency, and strong communication skills, ideally in a commercial management background.
1. Commercial decision-making and fulfilment management: Identify key assumptions and risks in the bidding phase, evaluate project profitability, organize commercial decision-making meetings, support project decision-making, and track the execution of decision-making comments.
2. Contract and commerce process operation: Undertake contract and fulfilment operations, optimize processes and IT systems in the contract and commerce domain, identify and solve problems, and continuously improve operation quality and efficiency.
3. Comprehensive business analysis: Develop and optimize business models and solutions by analysing and summarizing business materials such as historical data, customer requirements, competitor information, and industry trends.
4. Business design: Design transaction models, contract solutions, manage contract risks and decisions, oversee channel contract management, and ensure contract quality and policy adherence.
5. Professional training: Develop and enhance the contract commerce management capabilities of the regional offices.
Job Requirements:
1. Experience in commercial and contract fulfilment management or related end-to-end task management.
2. Strong problem resolution, contract interpretation, regional communication, coordination, and digital tool operation skills.
3. Skills in contract risk analysis, problem solving, communication, service orientation, teamwork, and execution.
4. High sense of service, quality, and responsibility.
5. Effective communication and coordination skills.
6. End-to-end process mindset with ability to identify issues, optimize processes, and improve efficiency and quality.
