Job Description
- Supporting in the validation and review of contracts, ensuring compliance with organisation's Procurement guidelines and policies, and timely execution.
- Set up contract details, manage compliance, and organise documents in ARIBA.
- Coordinate contract signing and updates.
- Maintain contract records in ARIBA.
- Assist in transactional system processes as required.
- Implement contracts in relevant systems.
- Verify P2P data accuracy before forwarding to purchasing operations.
- Facilitating thorough contract closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Category/Sourcing, Procurement Operations, Supplier Enablement, and Master Data Management, as well as third-party entities.
- Attend and contribute to meetings and discussions with stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
- Good knowledge in Procurement and Supply chain.
- Must be able to work in UK & US shift.
- Extensive knowledge and application in contract management.
- Over 5 years of working experience in the field of Supply Chain.
- Good stakeholder management.
- Strong command and proficiency in English.
