Job Description

  • Supporting in the validation and review of contracts, ensuring compliance with organisation's Procurement guidelines and policies, and timely execution.
  • Set up contract details, manage compliance, and organise documents in ARIBA.
  • Coordinate contract signing and updates.
  • Maintain contract records in ARIBA.
  • Assist in transactional system processes as required.
  • Implement contracts in relevant systems.
  • Verify P2P data accuracy before forwarding to purchasing operations.
  • Facilitating thorough contract closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Category/Sourcing, Procurement Operations, Supplier Enablement, and Master Data Management, as well as third-party entities.
  • Attend and contribute to meetings and discussions with stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Good knowledge in Procurement and Supply chain.
  • Must be able to work in UK & US shift.
  • Extensive knowledge and application in contract management.
  • Over 5 years of working experience in the field of Supply Chain.
  • Good stakeholder management.
  • Strong command and proficiency in English.
