Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support and provide feedback on daily activities of VOS Coordinators and support staff.
  • Ensure alignment and adherence to VOS specifications and framework.
  • Assist in ensuring employee operations align with VOS guidelines.
  • Support the VOS Steering Committee through coordination and documentation.
  • Assist in the administration and execution of policies and procedures related to VOS.
  • Facilitate and support VOS communications, training sessions, and educational initiatives.
  • Conduct or support site analyses, including operational baselining, financial analysis, and ongoing measurement.
  • Partner with the Regional VOS Leader to support the development and deployment of the VOS strategy.
  • Help maintain the rhythm and rigor of VOS initiatives and reviews.
  • Support the Plant Manager and Kaizen Team Leader in setting and tracking improvement targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent of 4+ years’ related experience.
  • Lean / Six Sigma certifications (preferred)
  • 2 or more years of hands-on experience in Lean/Six Sigma application and mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to support and teach continuous improvement strategies.
  • Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English and local language (both written and verbal).
  • Analytical skills including root cause analysis and use of operational improvement tools.
  • Experience with change management and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to influence peers and collaborate in a matrixed environment.
