RDC KL plays a critical role in supporting TMF offices across the region and delivering centralized services to select global clients.

About the Role

We are seeking a forward-thinking and results-oriented Continuous Improvement and Automation Manager to lead strategic and impactful initiatives that would enhance operational efficiency and drive digital transformation. This role is pivotal in embedding & fostering a culture of operational excellence through Lean methodologies, process innovation, and cross-functional collaboration, identifying improvement opportunities, implementing best practices & automation solutions, and empowering teams to deliver sustainable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the design and execution of continuous improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.

· Identify, evaluate, and support the implementation of automation initiatives (e.g., RPA, workflow tools, AI-driven solutions) to streamline business processes.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current workflows and process performance data to identify trends, root causes and opportunities for optimization, develop scalable solutions and promote knowledge sharing across markets.

· Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to monitor the impact of improvement and automation initiatives.

· Ensure alignment of improvement & automation initiatives with business goals, tracking impact and managing dependencies

· Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, brainstorming and training sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

· Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure seamless integration of automation tools and technologies.

· Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

· Coach & mentor team members and stakeholders to build internal capabilities in process improvement tools and techniques.

· Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for innovation. Benchmark internal and external processes to identify best in class practices.

Qualifications and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field (Master preferred).

· Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher preferred).

· 7+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or automation roles.

· Proven track record in leading cross-functional CI projects or implementing RPA or other automation technologies with measurable outcomes.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills with a data-driven mindset.

· Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)

· Experience with RPA, digital transformation initiatives and automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism) is a plus.
