Job description

My client is looking for a Continuous Improvement professional with a track record of leading CI projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements in processes, products, and equipment to achieve best-in-class manufacturing standards.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and upskill PI teams; assess competencies and deliver targeted training programs.
  • Manufacturing Excellence: Act as a key link to the Manufacturing Excellence (ME) framework; support ME360 assessments and improvement plans.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Promote standardized, data-driven decision-making using appropriate tools and digital solutions.
  • Project Coordination: Lead cost-saving initiatives (3K projects) and support global/regional programs like CCP PVB, TOCR, and SMED.
  • New Product & Process Support: Collaborate on NMI/NPI projects, ensuring process adherence and supporting R&D in developing new products and technologies.
  • Investment & Equipment Validation: Participate in defining production requirements for new investments and validate new equipment against global standards.
  • Digital Transformation: Proactively support the plant in planning and implementing digital solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong background in manufacturing, process improvement, or industrial engineering.
  • Experience with training delivery and team development.
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing Excellence frameworks and digital tools e.g. Lean Six Sigma
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • MS Excel - Advanced
