Job description

CREATE

You are the expert at all the fun trending content around Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook social media. You will be brainstorming, planning, filming, and editing daily content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Your videos are simple, authentic, raw, and focused on delivering meaningful value that excites fans and attracts new followers about the products you talk about.

ENGAGE

You love talking to people, including influencers, TikTok affiliates, communities, and fans. You actively reach out to explore content and affiliate partnerships, and get them excited about the products you introduce. You know the latest influencer trends, hashtags, and video formats that keep audiences entertained and engaged. Content creation is both an art and a science. You continuously test hypotheses about what angles, messages, and videos perform best.

COMMUNICATE

Be a potential face for the brand’s TikTok, Instagram, and social feeds. Work closely with project leads and clients to craft editorial calendars, manage day-to-day expectations, and develop a growth roadmap through content marketing. Constantly improve by capturing and analyzing the latest social media trends, turning insights into best practices.

Minimum Requirements
  • At least 1+ years of social media experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Bonus points for wit, humor, and empathetic "hot takes." Deep understanding of data-driven distribution and content repurposing.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly based on performance. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Experience working with KOLs, influencers, or collaborations to create content.
  • Ability to collaborate and execute creative strategies across teams.
  • Basic photography knowledge preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Apps, OneDrive, Facebook, TikTok creator suite.
  • Experience with Teams or relevant project management software preferred. Skilled in social media management tools preferred.
  • Strong design sensibilities and understanding of what works on different channels and platforms.
  • Keen, curious mind to identify, prioritize, and achieve goals and KPIs. Must balance humility (willingness to do the work) and ambition (future vision).
  • 5-day work week (Onsite).
