- Moderate content to ensure accurate decision-making in line with client policies and guidelines
- Gain comprehensive understanding of client policies and guidelines
- Review user-generated and editorial content including text, images, audio, and videos
- Review sensitive content, which may be graphic or disturbing
- Identify opportunities for improvement and problem-solving
- Analyze and flag non-compliant content promptly
- Review reported content within specified turnaround times and quality standards
- Recognize trends and escalate issues beyond established policies
- Utilize market-specific knowledge to identify and develop solutions for user community support
- Meet daily KPIs
- Ensure proper adherence to processes in Service Operations
- Learn to operate customer internal tools
- Maintain confidentiality while meeting deadlines
