Job summary

ATHQ SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Content Partnerships Manager to lead the end-to-end planning and execution of Studio Sembang episodes and branded campaigns in Kuala Lumpur. You will liaise with clients, agencies, talent and guests to coordinate production, craft compelling concepts, and prepare briefs for stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 3 years in content/influencer campaigns, excellent communication, and the ability to juggle multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in content marketing, influencer marketing, account management or campaign management.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with an eye for storytelling and engaging content.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and the creator economy.
• Comfortable communicating with clients, brands, agencies and public figures.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of Studio Sembang episodes and branded campaigns.
• Liaise with clients, agencies, talent and guests to coordinate content production and campaign deliverables.
• Develop creative concepts, conversation angles and content ideas aligned with campaign objectives.
• Prepare proposals, presentation decks and production briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate filming schedules, talent arrangements and production logistics.
• Ensure campaign timelines, deliverables and client expectations are met.
• Work closely with the production, creative and social media teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Support Amelia's paid partnerships by coordinating campaign requirements, approvals and content delivery.
• Stay updated on social media trends, pop culture and digital content to continuously improve content quality and relevance.
