You will advocate for safety and security, provide feedback on improvements to enhance user experience, and ensure a competent and excellent content moderation service. Additionally, you will oversee compliance with all platform regulations.

Our client

It’s an American company that operates a cryptocurrency exchange platform, founded in 2012, and as of March 2021, became the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the United States by trading volume.

What you'll do

• Evaluate and investigate passive or reactive platform abuse and take appropriate action;
• Monitor and identify potential fraud, account takeover, and other regulatory risks;
• Ensure that the digital wallet/platform is free from spam, scams, or harmful content;
• Moderate the usage of the tool to ensure compliance with set standards;
• Respond to questions from NFT Marketplace users;
• Advocate for safety and security.

What you'll need

• Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in French;
• Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English (C1);
• Experience in content moderation;
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset;
• Strong critical and contextual thinking skills;
• Ability to independently seek out and apply relevant information when faced with unique or new problems;
• Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt continuously.
