Key Responsibilities

• Moderation & Quality Control
  • Review, assess, and moderate community content to ensure compliance with platform policies.
  • Monitor and analyze content trends to identify emerging risks and improve moderation rules.
  • Identify and promote high-quality content to enhance community engagement and visibility.
• Product and Algorithm Enhancement
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve product features and user experience.
  • Assist in improving the platform's algorithm to optimize content quality and community interactions.
• Collaboration & AI-driven Enhancement
  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance moderation workflows and implement AI-driven solutions.
  • Assist in writing AI prompts to improve automation efficiency in content moderation (preferred but not required).

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or community management.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to detect fraudulent patterns, spam behavior, and policy violations.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 communities.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of AI moderation tools and prompt engineering (preferred).
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and adapt to fast-changing trends.
