Concentrix is seeking an Advisor I, Content Moderator (English) for on-site work in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on safeguarding platform safety by reviewing posts and media, enforcing guidelines, and handling user reports.

You will rotate shifts, including nights and weekends, and join the project with readiness to start on 02 November 2026. The position requires a minimum degree and strong English proficiency, with the ability to review graphic content and maintain a professional support

Work Arrangement: On-site | Rotational Shifts (5 Working Days, 2 Days Off - including Night Shifts)

Job Overview:

As a Content Moderation Advisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining platform safety and integrity. You will safeguard our online community by reviewing user-generated content, protecting users from harmful material (such as hate speech, graphic violence, and harassment), and fostering a positive, welcoming environment for online interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Review & Moderation: Monitor and review user-generated posts, comments, and multimedia in real-time or via queue systems to ensure policy compliance.
• Guideline Enforcement: Apply platform community standards to identify, remove, or flag content that violates rules.
• Safety & Risk Escalation: Promptly identify and escape severe or dangerous content, including threats of violence, illegal acts, and self-harm.
• User Support & Dispute Handling: Process user reports, investigate complaints, and handle content disputes professional.
• Tool Usage & Tracking: Utilize specialized software to track, flag, and generate reports on violating content.
• Feedback & Optimization: Provide continuous feedback on policy gaps and emerging content trends to enhance platform safety.

Key Requirements

• Education: Minimum Degree qualification or above.
• Language Skills: English professional (speaking, reading, writing)
• Comfortable reviewing extreme graphic contents
• Work Availability: Able to join on 02-Nov-2026, willing to work on-site and flexible to work rotational shifts- including nights, weekends, and public holidays (24/7 operations).
