We’re looking for a creative, organized, and data-aware Content Marketer who knows how to turn stories, strategies, and short-form videos into scroll-stopping content that sells, not just entertains.

You won’t just post for the sake of posting. You’ll own the full content lifecycle — from planning to publishing to performance and help us go viral with a purpose.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:Plan & Publish: Create and manage a content calendar across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
Write & Script: Craft engaging captions, short scripts, ad copy, and email hooks that speak directly to our audience of aspiring entrepreneurs.
Coordinate & Create: Work with our founder, videographers, and sales team to turn real stories and products into compelling, shareable content.
Run & Optimize Ads: Launch and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns to generate leads and drive traffic to workshops and landing pages.
Track & Improve: Monitor performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Metricool, or Google Sheets dashboards, and tweak based on insights.
What We’re Looking For:A content-savvy marketer who understands the difference between views and conversions
Lives and breathes short-form content (and isn’t afraid of being on or behind camera)
️ Strong in copywriting, storytelling, and simplifying complex ideas into shareable moments
Comfortable with ad metrics and making creative decisions based on performance
Bonus if you’ve worked in side-hustle, franchising, or F&B tech spaces before
