Job description

Find Your 'Better' at AIA

We don’t simply believe in being ‘The Best’. We believe in better — because there’s no limit to how far ‘better’ can take us.

We believe in empowering every one of our people to find their 'better' — in the work they do, the career they build, the life they live, and the difference they make. So that together we can support even more people — including our own — to live healthier, longer, better lives.

If you believe in better, we’d love to hear from you.

About The Role

The Content Developer is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining training materials, programs, and knowledge documents for the Training Academy. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts from the business and insurance operations teams to ensure that all training content is accurate, engaging, aligned with industry standards, and fit-for-purpose.

  • Develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, guides, e-learning modules, and presentations tailored to the business and our teams’ training needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and gaps through feedback and understanding the needs and strategic direction of the business.
  • Design and implement training programs that align with the Training Academy's goals and industry standards.
  • Conduct briefing sessions, workshops, and webinars for trainers on training materials.
  • Repurpose all training materials into knowledge documents (where necessary) and ensure their relevancy at all times.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes when needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and regulations in the insurance industry to ensure training content is current and relevant.
  • Collaborate with trainers to explore the right training channels for the content and ensure that the right channels are selected for learning effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to trainers to enhance their performance and professional development.

Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.
