We’re Hiring: Content Creator (with Video Editing Skills)

Location: Cameron Highlands (On-site)

Are you passionate about storytelling through visuals? Love capturing nature, people and magical moments through your lens? We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Content Creator to join our marketing team at Zen by Stellar and Stellar Golden Hill, two unique destinations offering luxury glamping, cultural experiences and wedding celebrations in Cameron Highlands.

What You’ll Do

• Create scroll-stopping short-form videos for social media (Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu)

• Capture daily moments, nature, events, guests and behind-the-scenes content

• Edit videos with strong sense of storytelling, pace and mood

• Support content planning and brainstorm creative campaign ideas

• Occasionally assist in photo shoots and on-site creative sessions

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable using phone or camera to shoot lifestyle content

• Strong skills in video editing (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar)

• Aesthetic eye for composition, color and brand mood

• Able to work independently and also follow creative direction

• Based in or willing to relocate to Cameron Highlands

• Bonus: experience in hospitality, travel or glamping-related content
