Job summary

Lyke Ai Markerting is seeking a video content professional to plan and produce engaging footage aligned with client briefs.

You will handle on-site shoots for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu, directing talent and capturing talking-head, product, lifestyle, and B-roll shots with strong lighting and audio quality.

Collaborate with Content and Editing teams, bringing creative hooks and trending concepts to life on set.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and producing video content based on scripts or client briefs.
• Strong on-site shooting skills for short-form platforms (TikTok, Reels, etc.).
• Ability to direct talents and clients during filming with clear guidance.

• Capture talking-head videos, product shots, lifestyle shots, B-roll, and creative angles.
• Ensure good lighting, framing, composition, audio, and overall video quality.
• Manage filming equipment and ensure all required footage is completed before leaving the shoot.
• Work closely with the Content and Editing team, and contribute creative ideas, hooks, and trending concepts.
