Here are the responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company’s brand vision and marketing objectives.
Plan, create, and oversee the production of digital content including videos, social media posts.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales) to ensure consistent messaging across all campaigns.
Monitor content performance metrics, assess engagement trends, and optimize based on analytics.
Serve as the host for regular live streams on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and e-commerce channels.
Engage with audiences in real-time, showcase product features, and drive interest through compelling on-screen communication.
Coordinate with the marketing team to prepare scripts, product highlights, and promotional offers for live sessions.
Act as the official on-screen and public representative of selected brand in both online and offline settings.
Participate in events, interviews, and collaborations as a spokesperson for the brand.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the online community, influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements :

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Production, or a related field.
Proven experience in video production, video editing, and content creation, preferably in any industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and live streaming strategies.
Confident on-camera presence with a professional and engaging delivery style.
Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva for creating promotional content.
Strong creative skills with the ability to translate concepts into high-quality video content.
Understanding of social media trends and how to create content that drives engagement.
Knowledge of video SEO and content optimization for social media platforms.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality content.
Collaborative attitude with the ability to work closely with other teams.
