About the role

Densports Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of sports equipment and apparel, is seeking a talented Content Creator and Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. This is a full-time position that combines creative content production with strategic sales responsibilities, offering an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our business.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing engaging and visually appealing content, including product photos, videos, and social media posts, to showcase our product range and promote the Densports brand
2. Collaborating with the marketing team to implement content strategies and campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales
3. Liaising with customers, both in-person and through digital channels, to understand their needs and provide exceptional sales support
4. Achieving and exceeding sales targets by identifying and nurturing lead opportunities
5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
6. Providing feedback and insights to the product development and marketing teams to enhance our offerings

What we're looking for

1. A candidate with good attitude and speak well.
2. Proven experience in content creation, with a strong portfolio of visually appealing and engaging content
3. Excellent sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
4. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with both individual and corporate customers
5. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
7. Passion for the sports industry and a deep understanding of sports equipment and apparel
