About the role

Ombak Pantai Holidays is seeking a talented and experienced Content Creator to join our dynamic Marketing and Communications team. In this full-time role based in Setiu Terengganu, you will be responsible for creating engaging and impactful content to promote our premier company and services across various digital and social media platforms.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute compelling content strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation

Create a wide range of content including social media posts, blog articles, videos, e-newsletters, and other digital assets

Collaborate with the marketing team to identify content ideas and opportunities that align with our brand identity and business objectives

Optimist content for search engine visibility and user experience

Monitor and analyses content performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends and best practices to enhance our digital presence

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, preferably within the tourism or hospitality industry

Excellent writing and content creation skills, with the ability to craft engaging, SE-optimised copy

Strong visual storytelling skills and experience in creating visually appealing digital content

Proficiency in using content creation tools and platforms, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canvas, and social media management tools

Familiarity with content marketing strategies and best practices, including SEO, social media, and email marketing

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Passion for the travel and hospitality industry, with a deep understanding of customer preferences and behaviors
