Responsibilities
Create engaging and innovative content that aligns with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals.
Ensure all visual content adheres to the company’s branding and design guidelines, reflecting a cohesive and professional image across platforms.
Capture high-quality photos and videos for various marketing purposes, including campaigns, events, and social media. Develop storyboards and edit visuals for maximum impact.
Monitor the performance of contents with the team and implement data-driven improvements.
Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of photos, videos, and design templates for easy access and reusability.
Continuously explore new trends and advancements in photography, videography, and content marketing to enhance the brand’s creative output.
Collaborate on the execution of marketing campaigns by contributing visually compelling and impactful content tailored to specific target audiences.
Produce content that drives engagement across social media, websites, and other digital platforms, optimizing the customer experience and fostering brand loyalty.
Provide real-time photography and videography support during company events, ensuring the creation of shareable moments for digital platforms.
Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Videography, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in content creation, photography and videography, preferably in a corporate or in-house marketing team.
Proficiency in advanced techniques of using graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), video editing tools, and content management systems.
Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and storytelling principles.
Familiarity with managing multimedia assets and content production workflows.
Creativity, attention to detail, strong technical photography/videography skills, time management, teamwork, adaptability, and ability to meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset, passion for storytelling, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to staying ahead of industry trends.
