Job summary

DELI MALAYSIA E-COMMERCE SDN BHD is seeking a creative Content Creator to craft engaging short-form videos for TikTok and Shopee. You will plan, storyboard, shoot, and edit content, appearing on screen to explain product features and promotions.

You should be comfortable on camera, keep up with trends, and collaborate with ecommerce and sales teams to drive engagement while adhering to brand guidelines and posting calendars.

Qualifications

• 2 years min of video production experience or proven content creation for socials.
• Editing pro with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Familiar with AI tools to enhance editing, ideas and workflow.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends and viral content.
• Comfortable on-screen and able to present content engagingly.
• Team player with ability to plan and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content Creator to produce engaging short-form videos for TikTok and Shopee. If you love creating viral content, enjoy being on camera, and have a strong sense of what works on social media — we want you!

Job Description:

1. Content Creation & Planning

Plan, create and execute engaging content for TikTokand Shopee.

Develop content ideas aligned with each brands identity and target audience.

Plan, storyboard, and schedule content to maintain a consistent posting calendar.

Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform features.

Stay on Trend – Keep up with viral content, trending Reels, and fresh content ideas.

Track Content Performance – Monitor social media results and improve content based on insights.

2. Video Shooting

Shoot high-quality short-form videos using a mobilephone or camera.

Produce product videos, lifestyle content, showroom tours, promotionsandbehind-the-scenes content.

Understand basic shooting techniques (lighting, framing, angles).

3. Video Editing

Edit videos for Reels, TikTok videos, Facebook videos, and Shopee content.

Add captions, subtitles, music, transitions, and effects to enhanceengagement.

Ensure videos are optimized for each platform's format and algorithm.

Confidently appear on camera as a brand host in videos.

Explain product features, benefits, and promotions clearly.

Deliver content in a natural, engaging, and professional manner.

5. Social Media Engagement & Growth

Create content that drives engagement, reach, and follower growth.

Apply effective hooks, CTAs, and storytelling techniques.

Support Shopee content such as product videos, campaign visualsandlivestream support (if required).

Work closely with e-commerce, and sales teams.

Follow content calendars and campaign timelines.

Assist in brand campaigns, promotions, and festive marketing activities.

Job Requirement:

2 years min of video production experience (cameras, lighting, editing) or proven experience creating high-quality content on your own social media.

Editing Pro – Skilled in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro

Familiar with using AI tools to enhance video editing, ideas & workflow.

Strong understanding of TikTok trends and viral content

Sense of Humor – Can create fun, engaging, and humorous content that resonates with our audience.

Comfortable On-Screen – Open to appearing in content.

Strong Copywriting – Can write catchy captions & engaging scripts.

Organized & Proactive – Plans ahead, meets deadlines & delivers results.

Own Transport Required – Able to travel for offsite shoots.

Portfolio showing successful TikTok/Reels content (please share links)

Bonus Skills – Motion graphics, or Mandarin proficiency.
