Job summary

You will generate original ideas, write bilingual captions in English and Mandarin, and collaborate with design and video teams to tell compelling stories.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Creative Arts, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in content creation or social media.
• Bilingual proficiency: fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Demonstrable creative instincts — elevate a brief, not just fulfill it.
• Strong copywriting skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Basic video editing proficiency (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Produce content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube with a strong creative angle.
• Attend training sessions and produce same-day content including highlight posts, Stories, and short-form video clips (30-second cuts).
• Generate original content ideas — pitch concepts, not just execute briefs.
• Develop content for recruitment purposes, showcasing success stories and company culture.
• Manage and publish content on the company Telegram Channel (weekly posts).
• Write captions and copy in both English and Mandarin reflecting the brand voice.
• Collaborate with Design and Video teams on content production and campaign planning.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and bring new formats to the team.

About The Role:

We are seeking for a Content Creator who is bold, creative, and ready to push boundaries. This candidate must have strong instincts for what works on social media, is willing to experiment, and brings fresh energy to everything they produce. If you get excited by ideas and love finding new ways to tell a story — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube with a strong creative angle that stands out


• Attend company training sessions and produce same-day content including highlight posts, Stories, and short-form video clips (30-second cuts from training footage)


• Generate original content ideas — you are expected to pitch concepts, not just execute briefs


• Develop content for recruitment purposes, showcasing success stories, company culture, and platform advantages in a compelling and shareable way


• Manage and publish content on the company Telegram Channel (weekly posts) covering company news, training highlights, and new project launches


• Write captions and copy in both English and Mandarin that reflect the brand voice


• Collaborate with the Design and Video teams on content production and campaign planning


• Stay ahead of social media trends and proactively bring new formats and ideas to the team

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Creative Arts, or a related field


• 1-3 years of experience in content creation or social media, or a portfolio that demonstrates your ability


• Bilingual proficiency: fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)


• Demonstrable creative instincts — someone who can elevate a brief, not just fulfill it


• Strong copywriting skills in both English and Mandarin


• Basic video editing proficiency (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent). You do not need to be a professional editor, but you must be able to cut and publish short clips independently


• Comfortable working at pace and able to produce quality content quickly when required


• Portfolio of previous content work is required at interview
