Job description

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and customer-focused individual to join our growing team as a Sales & Marketing Operations Intern. This role combines hands-on content creation, online customer service, and sales operations support. The ideal candidate is someone who’s eager to learn, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about digital marketing and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities: Content Creation (Photo & Video)

-Plan, shoot, and edit engaging photo and video content for marketing, social media, and product promotion.

-Ensure visual content aligns with the brand’s identity and attracts the intended audience.

-Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.

Online Customer Support

-Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via social media, WhatsApp, email, and other messaging platforms.

-Provide accurate product details, solve issues effectively, and ensure a smooth customer journey.

-Maintain a helpful and friendly tone that represents the company’s values.

Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks such as preparing promotional materials, updating customer lead data, and organizing content files.

Help manage product displays, stock arrangements, and support basic order processing if required.

Contribute to marketing ideas and assist in executing marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

-Basic skills in photography and video editing. Experience using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere is an added advantage.

-Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

-Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic work environment.

-Experience in retail, customer service, or e-commerce is preferred but not required – fresh graduates are encouragedtoapply.
