Job Responsibility
  1. Content Creation
    Photography and Videography: Capture high-quality images and videos of food, beverages, the restaurant environment, events, and staff. This can include menu items, special promotions, behind-the-scenes shots, and customer experiences.

    Social Media Posts: Develop daily or weekly posts across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to highlight menu items, seasonal specials, events, and behind-the-scenes content.

    Video Content: Produce and edit engaging videos for platforms like YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok, showcasing the preparation of dishes, restaurant tours, or cooking tutorials.

    Graphics and Visuals: Create graphics, infographics, and other visual content for promotions, special events, or limited-time offers.
  2. Social Media Management
    Content Scheduling and Planning: Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent posting across platforms. Plan for holidays, events, and special promotions to make content relevant and timely.

    Community Engagement: Actively respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media to build relationships with customers and foster a sense of community.

    Hashtags and SEO: Use effective hashtags, keywords, and tagging strategies to increase visibility and reach on social platforms. Ensure the content is discoverable by a broader audience.

    Influencer Collaborations: Identify potential influencers, food bloggers, or brand ambassadors to collaborate with and increase the restaurant’s reach and exposure.
  3. Brand Representation
    Maintaining Brand Voice: Ensure all content reflects the restaurant’s brand, values, and tone. Whether it's casual, elegant, or trendy, consistency in messaging is key to maintaining a strong brand identity.

    Promoting the Restaurant's Unique Selling Points: Focus on what makes the restaurant stand out, whether it's its signature dishes, ambiance, or exceptional customer service.
Job Requirements
  1. Photography & Videography Skills
    Ability to capture high-quality photos and videos of food, the restaurant ambiance, and events. Lighting, composition, and angles are important.
    Editing skills using software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
    Ability to create short-form videos (like TikTok or Instagram Reels) that engage the audience.
  2. Creativity
    A creative approach to content creation that highlights the restaurant’s unique offerings.
    Ability to create visually appealing posts, captions, and stories that tell a story, whether it's the food preparation process, behind-the-scenes insights, or customer experiences.
  3. Social Media Expertise
    Proficiency in platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.
    Knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices for content engagement (hashtags, posting times, etc.).
    Ability to engage with the community through comments, messages, and interactive content like polls or quizzes.
