Job description

We're looking for our communications "Jedi"! Are you passionate about communications? Do you think outside the box? Then this is the job for you! You'll be responsible for all aspects of communications at your resort: digital (mobile application and screens), print media, content creation (editorial, photos, video, digital signage), guest relations, with the aim of providing customers with comprehensive, coherent, and impactful information and communications. You will be part of the Welcome & Services team.

Your responsibilities include:
  1. Being our "Obi-Wan Kenobi" of communication: streamlining and improving the impact of information and communication with customers via mobile application, TVs, and print media.
  2. Creating engaging content: conducting photo shoots, using video editing software, and photo retouching.
  3. Implementing marketing actions to support sales, analyzing results, and monitoring digital performance.
  4. Building relationships with customers and establishing trust.
  5. Providing helpful assistance and listening to customer needs to ensure solutions are provided.
  6. Fluency in at least two languages and comfort with an international clientele.
  7. Skills in content production, post-production, editorial work, marketing, and customer relations.
Your tasks will include:
  1. Producing and distributing content across various resort screens and mobile applications.
  2. Collaborating with teams to support content creation.
  3. Gathering information from resort teams and planning communication to ensure timely and appropriate dissemination.
  4. Implementing marketing strategies to boost sales.
  5. Analyzing marketing and digital performance data and proposing improvements.
  6. Sharing information about the village, surrounding areas, standards, products, and services offered.
  7. Optimizing information dissemination and translating documents/events as needed.
  8. Carrying out guest relation tasks, including assisting with check-in/check-out and responding to online reviews.
