Job description

We're looking for our communications "Jedi"! Are you passionate about communications? Do you think outside the box? Then this is the job for you! You'll be responsible for all aspects of communications at your resort: digital (mobile application and screens), print media, content creation (editorial, photos, video, digital signage), and guest relations, with the aim of providing customers with comprehensive, coherent, and impactful information and communications. You will be part of the Welcome & Services team.

Responsibilities
  1. Communication Expert: Streamline and enhance the impact of information and communication with customers via mobile apps, TVs, and print media.
  2. Content Creation: Conduct photo shoots, use video editing software, and perform photo retouching.
  3. Marketing: Implement actions to support sales, analyze monthly results, and evaluate digital marketing performance.
  4. Customer Relations: Build relationships with customers and establish trust.
  5. Customer Support: Assist guests professionally during arrival and departure, and respond to negative reviews.
  6. Multilingual Skills: Fluent in at least two languages and comfortable with an international clientele.
  7. Content & Communication Skills: Capable in content production, post-production, editorial, marketing, and customer relations.
Additional Tasks
  1. Produce and distribute content across resort screens and mobile applications.
  2. Coordinate with teams to support content creation.
  3. Gather information from resort teams and ensure timely and appropriate communication.
  4. Implement marketing strategies to boost sales.
  5. Analyze marketing and digital performance monthly and suggest improvements.
  6. Share comprehensive information about the village and surrounding area with guests.
  7. Translate documents and events as needed to enhance communication.
  8. Assist with guest relations tasks, including check-in/check-out and managing reviews.
